Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge
The fudge tastes much better with Ghirardelli chocolate (milk & semi-sweet). Boil it for 3-4 minutes though or you'll have a brick! It doesn't taste as waxey (compared to Nestle Toll House).

Candied Apples I
Great receipe! I added blue food coloring and the apples came out purple.
