About this Cook
Well, I'm a gal who loves the idea of cooking, but can't seem to make a good meal to save my life! I'm often trying to cook healthy - and that's where I think I mess up.
My favorite things to cook

Rempel Family Meatloaf
Really good! I used Cheese Nips instead of Ritz (cheese flavored) and it tasted great.

Creamy Spinach Soup
Both my husband and I loved this soup. I actually used 2% milk instead of half & half and it still turned out great. I took someone's advice about sauteing the onions first with butter. Yummy!!

Refreshing Cucumber Salad
This was OK but not great compared to my mother's recipe which involves a little sugar...
