Slow Cooker Pot Roast
Made this last w/e for apres ski dinner. Extended family loved it. Didn't change a thing except used a 5.5 lb roast and 2 cups of water. Melt in your mouth tender and delish!

Chicken Piccata II
Made this for a dinner party and everyone loved it. Made as written but added 1 t of sugar to sweeten it a bit...delish!

Double Tomato Bruschetta
Delish!!! Everyone's always asking me for the recipe. Made on Ciabatta bread that I toasted first for extra crispness.
