Cod au Gratin
Very easy, and tasty; i cooked the cod in the sauce in the oven - 20 minutes covered, and 10 minutes uncovered, and used tex-mex cheese - wonderful. I also added frozen veggies in the sauce and the uncooked fish, cooking about 5 minutes longer.

Pineapple Cobbler
the best for the work and time invested, and versatility; i have now made this many times; even better with canned peaches; i also used strawberries that had macerated in sugar for two hours - 25 minutes in convection, gives you a crispy edge, sweeter with unsalted butter, sweet-swalty with salted butter. Yummy yummy in the tummy as my 3-year old said

Sweet Potato-Turkey Meatloaf
The best meatloaf ever (as a rule, I really do not like meatloaf) - it was hard to keep as a slice (but then again I forgot the egg), and very healthy. Everyone liked it.
