Classic Waffles

Frothy Eggnog
This is a wonderful recipe. Once you have this basic technique down there are so many fun ways to adapt it to your own taste. I made half a batch and now I wish I had made more. My wife actually fell in love with me all over again when she tasted this.

Sweet Potato Pie VIII
I really like this pie. The conversion from 2 cups of cooked mashed potato is more like 450 g. The pie shell should be uncooked although next time I will pre-cook at 170 c. before adding the pie mixture. I like my crust a bit more crunchy.
