Famous Pork Chops
This was delicious. I removed the tin foil cover after 25 minutes, however the butter hadn't even completly melted. I ended up cooking the 4 pork chops for about 55 mintues. And cooked them with the fan oven on for the last 8 minutes or so.

Apple Crisp II
this was a fabulous recipe - I used about 3/4 cup of brown sugar and 1/4 of white sugar on the apple topping with about 1/2 a cup of water. Doubled the crumble topping as other reviewers recommended. PERFECTLY cooked in 45-50 minutes.

Baked French Toast
I made this for my daughter's first birthday. I followed others recommendations and used 6 eggs and 1 cup of milk and about 1/2 cup of cream. Cut pieces of french toast at least 1 1/2 inches thick. This was loved by all.
