Steff's Shepherd Pie
I make this dish often, the soup was a new spin to me I use 1 to 1 1/2 lbs ground beef 1/2 can of drained sweet corn and 1/2 can of rotel gives it a nice kick I accidently opened golden mushroom soup went with it, turned out very good however I only used 1/2 a can also add lots of garlic and carmalize the onion. Added a splash of buttermilk and 2 dollops of sourcream to the potatoes. Sprinkled maybe a 1/4 cup of cheddar on top trying to kinda watch the colesterol kids and hubby loved it thanks for the insperation.

Venison Fajitas
We thought this was fab!!!! Very tender, only change I made was 2 cloves OMAS pickeled habanero garlic. Yes we do like it spicy, if you go there, it is not fot the faint of heart. ENJOY PS: I am not a huge fan of game meat, however if you soak it in milk for about 2 hrs prior to the marinade tastes close beef tenderloin

Pork Medallions with Dijon Sauce
Very tasty there wasn't anything left. Only changes I made was to add some garlic powder and 1 tsp cayenne to the flour mixture and about 2 tlbs olive oil to the butter so that it wouldn't burn while browning the pork. Very good dish will make again great with baked potatoes.
