Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie
This is fantastic!! A huge hit for Thanksgiving. I did not have any bourbon and just left it out. It tasted great. Will definitely make this again!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake
I made this for the first time for Thanksgiving. This tasted great! It was creamy and delicious! The only thing is it cracked alot. I did exactly what the recipe said and it cracked in several areas. I covered it with a strawberry sauce and nobody noticed! I will definitely make it again. I will try it next time with my convection oven and see if it makes a difference. My oven temperature may be off a bit. Thanks for the recipe. It is a keeper!

Sauteed Apples
This was so good it was almost gone before it left the stove! My kids were eating it by the spoonfuls out of the pan. Will definitely make again!
