Spicy Shrimp Creole
The only things I had to change about this recipe, was that since I didn't have any celery on hand, I put in a can of sliced water chestnuts. The crunch was perfect. Also, I added just a bit of Frank's Hot Sauce and a bit more cayenne pepper. Yummy!

Creamy Twice-Baked Potatoes
I made this a few nights ago, and whoooo I was shocked! Not only was my boyfriend eating the mixture before I put it back into the potatoes, but he tried to eat half of mine! Lets just say that I will definitely be making this one again!
