Boudreaux's Zydeco Stomp Gumbo
Oh my goodness, this gumbo is delicious! I made this for my husband for his birthday, along with shrimp creole, and it was just perfect. I recommend making it a day ahead, as it was even better the 2nd day. This one's a keeper for sure!

Winter Squash Rolls
These rolls are delicious! If you only make 12, they come out HUGE! The second time I made these, I ended up with 36 smaller rolls. Either way they ended up delicious! Even my father, who doesn't like squash, thought these rolls were great! Thanks, I will definitely be making these again!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
YUM! This soup is so good! I followed the recipe almost exactly with a couple of substitutions and additions. I added carrots as well as a bit more onion and ham to the recipe, as well as some frozen corn. I used Better Than Bouillon Soup base instead of bouillon cubes. To make it a bit healthier, instead of butter I used smart balance light, and skim milk. Last, I added a bit of dried thyme which tasted great with the other flavors. I will DEFINITELY be making this over and over again. One of the best soups I've had.
