Oatmeal Raisin Cookies I
Very good cookie and true to the original recipe, it made forty. It was, however, a little on the thin side and so it required very much watching while in the oven so they didn't burn. It just needed some more body, and maybe something besides butter would do that. After all, we aren't paula dean, are we.

Orange Roasted Salmon
Not as good as people said it would be. We must have either done something wrong with the recipe, or it might not be to our taste. I wouldn't recommend it.

Venison Chili
This chili came out very thick with a few modifications. As always, i love some sour cream and cheese in my chili, otherwise it just doesn't cut it. Also, make sure you have some good bread to go with the chili.
