Super Easy Seared Ahi Tuna
This was such an easy recipe. We added a little spice (cajun type) to the breadcrumb mixture which really added nice flavor. we will make this one again!

Honey Mustard Dressing II
I can't rave enough about this dressing. It is fabulous and sooo easy! I didn't even like honey-mustard dressing but now I can't get enough of it. We use it on salads (of course) and as a spread for sandwiches. Just wonderful!

Easy Sour Cream Raisin Pie
This is a wonderful and easy raisin pie! I used a graham cracker crust and added a pinch of cinnamon to the mixture. It was very tasty.
