I made these for the second time tonite. I cut the vinegar back by 1/2. Used 1/8 C apple cider vinegar and 1/2 C white wine vinegar. I also used 1 1/2C of water. I did my own thing with the meatballs using 1/4C fiber one, 1/4 C quick cooking oats, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp seasoning salt, 1/4 tsp ginger, 1/4 of an onion, 2 egg whites and pepper to taste. This turned out great and will use this recipe again.
