Pumpkin Pancakes

I can't believe it- but all 6 of my kids loved these! I wanted to use whole-wheat flour but I didn't and I'm glad; I think they would've been too heavy. Might try half and half next time... (We ate with strawberry all-fruit to top them)

Easy. Yummy. Tasted just like the ones from the store. I added a T sugar as suggested by other reviewers. I think next time I will make some "mini" ones for my littlest kids.

I loved this recipe! Very healthy and yummy... but I do feel a little guilty giving it 5 stars because my kids only ate about 1 each, when they normally eat 2-3. I'm pretending the wheat just filled 'um up :)

Quick and Easy Cheese Bread

It was good, my kids all ate it so that makes me happy. Could have had more flavor, so I have it 4 stars. I used whole wheat flour to make it more healthy (another reason I'm glad everyone ate it!).

The best! I used 2 cups whole wheat and 1 1/2 ap flours. ALL my kids ate tons. It made 2 loaves and 12 muffins.

Way Easy Pizza Sauce/Bread Stick Dip

Even my very selective 6 year old ate this! I left out the parsley and I blended up canned tomatoes since that was what we had in the pantry. We used it as our pizza sauce on English Muffin pizzas. Yum!
