Ham and Cheese Breakfast Casserole
No one liked this (family of 2 adults, 6 kids). I think we just don't like bread casseroles.

Texas Brownies I
Not good. Sorry. Might be a fine chocolate cake, but there are better recipes for that out there.

Pumpkin Pancakes
I can't believe it- but all 6 of my kids loved these! I wanted to use whole-wheat flour but I didn't and I'm glad; I think they would've been too heavy. Might try half and half next time... (We ate with strawberry all-fruit to top them)
