great as written. I always add a dash of pumpkin pie spice to baked goods with cinnamon, just my thing I like the spice. 1/2 the recipe in a 9x9 pan took 35 minutes. Omited nuts, didnt have any. I also let my carrot shreds sit on a papertowl to absorb the excess moisture since they were literally right out of the ground. Very tasty will make again soon.

these tasted good, rich and flavorful. make sure to add your sugar right away after pressing so more sticks

I tried this recipe twice to be fair since i have yet to come across such an poor recipe due to the recipe its self. not sweet, didnt set up, the ones that did set were burnt. the dough was way too soft. bottom line there is just not enough dry ingredients or binder to keep these together.
