Apple Danish Cheesecake
This cheesecake was pretty good! I used some of the helpful hints and made a couple additions to the original recipe. I doubled the crust which has an excellent flavor. I also doubled the cheesecake filling. That was a good because it made it a little thicker. I added a crumble topping and a little bit of almond glaze on top of the apples. I baked it for about 55 mins and it did need to be in the oven a little longer, but it was fine to eat. Overall it was very yummy!

Raspberry Cream Cheese Coffee Cake
This was delicious! And not too much for breakfast in the morning. The only thing I would do next time is to add more jam into the batter and then use it again in the topping. I felt it needed more than a half of a cup. Overall, I had a lot of compliments!!!

Pasta Shells with Portobello Mushrooms and Asparagus in Boursin Sauce
I and my boyfriend (a chief) thought this was great! I used the less expensive garlic and herb spreadable cheese. I also cut the asparagus up into pieces and tossed it in the mix. A great meal, and a perfect side dish to chicken or steak!
