Banana Pudding IV

This was great. You could taste the whipped topping if you tried. I didn't put any on top of mine, just in the pudding itself. Light and fluffy, quick too.

Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sticks

This was an excellent recipe! I love bread sticks and these were some of the best I've ever had. Halfway thru, I combined the "flour" part to the "crumb" part, this was easier, and just as good. I liked mine double breaded. I didn't have a bunch of bread crumbs, so I used some crumbled Ritz + breadcrumbs.

Green Tomato Relish

Excellent, Easy and Yummy! I downsized this to use up my green tomatoes from the garden. Will use every year now. Would make good gifts too!

Stephanie's Freezer Spaghetti Sauce

I did scald and peel my tomatoes first. I gave this 5 stars due to how great it tastes and how easy it was. I have spent a lot more on ingredients and time on other spaghetti sauces and this one was just as good AND simple.
