Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sticks
This was an excellent recipe! I love bread sticks and these were some of the best I've ever had. Halfway thru, I combined the "flour" part to the "crumb" part, this was easier, and just as good. I liked mine double breaded. I didn't have a bunch of bread crumbs, so I used some crumbled Ritz + breadcrumbs.
