Hi all! I am a praying wife to DH Dan and mom to four beautiful kids 14 DS,10 DD,9 DD,9 DD and we are adopting a sibling group of three from Ethiopia. We are about 2/3 of the way through! Pray to the one true GOD with us! I love to use my slow cooker... favorite recipe is a pot roast with gravy and mashed potatoes. We also love chicken enchiladas, slowcooker meatloaf and pork burritos. Christmas baking with my mom and sister... we make about a thousand cookies and candies and box part up for shut ins at my mom's church. I also love having people over and cooking for them. It brings so much joy to me to fill someone up with good home cooked love. Finding anything my picky husband and kids LOVE! And being published in a national cooking magazine! Oh dear... do we have to tell all? No flour,no sugar,no dairy, no oil pizza... any questions as to why it was awful? Carb less diets are horrible, enough said!
