Spicy Fisherman's Pie
Not a big hit with the family, it was mushy and no spice. I wish I would have strayed from the recipe and done differently.

Gumbo Style Chicken Creole
Great recipe. Simple to prepare yet it tasted like it took all day to make. We added hot links and some Cajun seasoning to spice it up.
