White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies III
Cookies spread a little more than I liked. I like my cookies a little chewy though. I also added the zest of two limes to make the cookie have a little "pop" of flavor.

Souper Skillet Pasta
To make this recipe a little healthier, I added chopped spinach (drained), artichoke, and 1/4 cup fat-free ricotta cheese. Then I substituted macaroni pasta for cooked whole wheat penne, cut the cheeses in half, and sauteed with a half a cup of pasta water.

Pepperoni Bread
I made one bread with ground sausage and it held better than the pepperoni. The pepperoni bread oozed after about 15 min. Using turkey pepperoni might be better, like some of the other reviews said.
