I am a single mom of 3 kids that keep me pretty busy. Their ages range from 4 to 13.I am a Quality Technician at a plant that manufactures product for Whirlpool, Maytag & Amana. My favorite things to cook would have to be Italian dishes. And that is a pretty close second to Mexican. My mom has taught each one of her girls to make homemade noodles. I have now passed that tradition on to my own daughter. She's almost got me beat, but not quite. She's 11 years old and is going to be the next Rachael Ray! I made a wonderful meatloaf last year I think it was for Christmas, but can't rememeber. I had to triple the recipe and I actually got all the ingredients right and everyone loved it! My first Turkey for Thanksgiving! I overcooked it, so all the meat was shrunk from the bone. It was so dry! It was awful! I also remember trying to make Alfredo Sauce and put WAY too much Parmesan in it - made the mouth pucker it was sooooo salty! (I learned how to make it really good though after that!)
