Brie Cheese Appetizer
Delicious and sooo easy -use more preserves than called for though. I have also used jalepeno jelly (it is green for Christmas!) instead of apricot and it was so incredibly good. It was not hot or spicy -it tasted sweet and paired nicely with the brie.

Chris' Bay Area Burger
We Loved these! I did change it a little bit by using 1 TBS olive oil per 2 lbs meat and added 1 TBS worschestire sauce for 2 lbs of meat. I also used fresh basil leaves, chopped.

Honey-Glazed Chicken
Yum! I haven't eaten so much chicken in one sitting in a long time! My husband and 3-yr old love it too. I did not have an onion on hand so I used some chives instead. In the middle of baking the chicken I added some corn starch to thicken up the glaze so that it stayed on the chicken instead of running off of it while trying to baste it. I served this over rice. 5 stars for taste and for how easy it is!
