I got married May 2009 to a wonderful man that loves me and most days i love him too :) I now live in Ontario, Canada and sometimes miss my Massachusetts home full of my 6 crazy siblings. I love my Bosch mixer! My mom gave it to me for my wedding gift and I do most of my baking with it. It just makes life so much easier. I like making desserts... yeah i know... you make it, you eat it. Dangerous! But i have a few healthy appetited men that help me in that respect. It may not be a tradition but at home we like to make "cooking shows". Its hilarious to watch the ones we did as little kids. I have made and triumphed Tiramisu:) and its not as hard as i thought:) Well i dont know if its a tragedy but i once made white bread dough instead of wheat... twice... in a row... in a big hobart batch.... after saying "I never make the same mistake twice". Crash and burn... good thing my Boss (mom) was forgiving:)
