I love to cook Mexican food! I learned from the best and the only way is to make enough to feed the entire family! Struddles, they are a German rolled noodle cooked over pork and potatoes. My Grandmother used to feed her family with them during the Depression. We also make Knifla and Cheesebuttons. All very cheap to make and will feed the family until at least the next day. It's not really a tragedy, but I really don't enjoying baking as much as cooking.
