Best Ever Caramel Apple Crisp

I made this the other day for my husband's birthday. It was a hit! There was none left! I followed the recipe exactly except I did take others advice & doubled the crisp topping because that's our favorite part. It was perfect. I'll use this recipe from now on.

Cream Cheese Squares

These are to die for!! I recently made a batch for my husband to take to a work function & he said they were gone in minutes & he's been asked to bring them again already. They're so versatile. I've made them plain & also with raspberry jam; both ways are amazing.

Corn Dog Casserole

Very hearty and delicious! It tastes just like a corn dog! I left out the celery. Also, I used a can of creamed corn and reduced the amount of milk. It turned out very moist and flavorful.
