Tater Tot Bake

I thought it was fantastic. For some odd reason, however, my husband did not. Maybe because I tossed in half a cup of frozen mixed veggies with the beef. Oh well. Definitely reccommend it, though.

Pizza Dough III

My husband and I made this for dinner, and I was rather underwhelmed, even for something as basic as pizza crust. Read other reviews- you need to back down the water or be prepared to way up the flour, as we had to add about another cup to make it a dough instead of a batter. Also fairly bland, and the texture comes out more like soft bread than pizza crust, even after baking at 400 for 20 minutes.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Fantastic soup! Instead of taco seasoning, I put in my usual blend of chili spices- it smelled wonderful and tasted even better! It was a nice alternative to chili, and my husband raved about it. I think I'll make a pot just for him, and maybe put some peppers in it. This is definitely going on my list of handy recipes.

BLT Macaroni Salad

I would give it five stars, but I didn't make the recipe quite as written. I added some diced chicken breast and substituted romaine lettuce for the celery- it came out fantastic!! Also found i didn't need to use so much vinegar since I use Miracle Whip in the first place. Amazing pasta salad recipe that is definitely going to be kept on hand.

I didn't have any wine, so I substituted apple juice and a splash of lemon juice. It was delicious! My husband doesn't even like apricots all that much, but he thought this was a good recipe.

Oven Baked BBQ Ribs

It was a great way to make ribs without a gril, but the sauce was disappointing. I had to substitute light brown sugar for the dark, and I took other users' advice and cut the salt. It was still missing a "sweet & tangy"-ness that I love. Also, I made a 6-lb. rack of ribs, and they were perfect at three hours- if you're going to use only 4 pounds, I'd advise adjusting the temp or cook time accordingly.

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

I'm not sure what I didn't do right, but I didn't end up being able to slice my beef very thin, it was already falling apart too much. But we did have a delicious pot roast dinner!

Paella

Absolutely delicious, and really easy to make! I've never had paella, so I was a little worried, but it turned out fabulous. My husband and my daughter both loved it, though I did have to omit the shrimp because my hubby's allergic.

Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta

My husband normally dslikes tomatoes, but he LOVES this sauce. I think next time I might used crushed tomatoes instead of diced, I like smaller chunks. Otherwise, easy and delicious recipe.

Chicken Pot Pie II

Delicious recipe! I have never been a fan of pot-pie, but my husband loves them, so I decided to make it for him. Now I'm a complete fan of this recipe! Relatively easy as dishes go, and despite the fact that I forgot to put in the herbs, it was still really great.

Loaded Potato Soup I

Vey bland soup. I made this recipe just as it is, and it totally lacked flavor. Plus, it wanted to burn, I had to stir the stuff constantly. I liked the chowdery consistency, so it has potential, but it takes a lot of dressing up. Also, I recommend boiling the potatoes, they don't microwave well.
