A stay at home mom of two, meals have to satisfy a wide range of tastes, from my picky two-year-old to my even pickier husband. I enjoy cooking, but don't often have time to really enjoy what I do. I come from a very ethnic Slovak family, and I love the special Christmas and Easter foods we make every year. I've been so looking forward to passing those traditions on to my children.
