This was exceptionally delicious! I served it at a casual breakfast with friends and everyone loved it. I don't eat wheat or gluten so this ha become my "go-to" quiche. In fact I'm serving it next week for a Christmas brunch. The bright green of the spinach makes it very festive. I would recommend (as some others did) that you really drain the spinach well. I used a clean kitchen towel lined with paper towels and poured the spinach in. I then rolled it all up and twisted the towel to really squeeze out the extra liquid. Worked like a charm!

This was quite yummy. I made biscuits from bisquick mix and the chicken sauce was just delicious on top. My husband raved over this. I added some dried thyme to the rue as this is something that always adds the extra something to any creamed chicken dish including chicken pot pie. Overall, a great down-home country dinner.

Excellent! We have had this recipe for a while and it always gets fantastic reviews! You can alter the intensity of the heat by adding or lessening the amount of hot sauce. My husband likes it hot, so I add the full half cup. You have never seen a dip disappear so quickly. Great for the Super Bowl!
