About this Cook
Well... About us!! My girlfriend Sara and I have a new tradition of cooking every Monday. But, as we get better and better we're cooking almost every day. Thanks to All Recipes and the rest of you pro's!! We live in Boston for now, but we are planning on a move to Rome. But, I'm thinking we should a few more Italian recipes under our belt first.
My favorite things to cook
We cook alot of chicken. We've been working on our chicken roll ups.. We make a mean mushroom risotto. Don't get me started with are appitizers! I don't care about desert as much as Sara, but we still make a few tasty treats..
My favorite family cooking traditions
Unfortuantly my familys cooking tradtion involves a mircowave or a campfire so it's a little limited.
My cooking triumphs
Quite honestly every time we cook!! The two of us are unstoppable!!
My cooking tragedies
I haven’t really messed anything up.. Although, 2 years in a row I didn’t take out the bag (neck, gizzards) out of the turkey!! But the bags didn’t open and the Turkey was delicious!!

Eggplant Parmesan II
Never thought a Baked Eggplant could be so cruchy! This is the only way we'll have Eggplant Parmesan now! Very light and not as heavy. We did change ours a little. We used Panko instead of bread crumbs then after baking the Eggplant we rolled them and stuffed them with ricotta and fresh parsley then topped them with fresh basil. Can't wait to make these again!!

Blueberry Cream Cheese Pound Cake II
The description says it all.. "So moist and easy!" We've made this as cupcakes more than as a pound cake. Every time it's fabulous. Wouldn’t change a thing!

Balsamic Glazed Carrots
Quick and easy.. Perfect side dish! I did steam the carrots in some chicken broth for a few mins before and added 1 more tablespoon of brown sugar. Overall very good!
