Well... About us!! 4 years ago my wife and I started cooking together when we were dating. It started with one day a week , then twice, to almost everyday! We would find ourselves at some upscale restaurant enjoying the food, just to pick out each flavor and ingredient so we could recreate it at home. We soon realized we actually enjoy our cooking more than the nice places eat at! Although that doesn't stop us..
My favorite things to cook
As much as we love to cook, we don't always have time or the energy to diving into huge dinners. During the week our dinners consist of something quick or with limited ingredients so we do a lot of healthy baked stuffed chicken, fish or grilled steak. Accompanied by some fresh greens like Spinach or Broccoli rabe. We LOVE our carbs so we do different pastas and sauces.. We used to make fresh pasta it's just so time consuming plus we have great Italian markets that carry everything. Lately I've been doing pulled pork, BBQ, stew, chili or pot roast in the crock pot every week. Eventually I want to start making more Sushi.. I've got all the tools just no time! Sara still makes all the desserts. We still haven't pulled that sweet tooth!

Quite honestly every time we cook!! The two of us are unstoppable!!
My cooking tragedies
I haven’t really messed anything up.. Although, 2 years in a row I didn’t take out the bag (neck, gizzards) out of the turkey!! But the bags didn’t open and the Turkey was delicious!!
