We didn’t have an hour to cook the Potatoes so we cooked them first then followed the directions. Because we cut the time we also out half the amount of heavy cream and doubled the amount of cheese. We should have broiled them at the very end to get that nice brown color but we’ll do that next time. These potatoes were a hit!! The perfect blend of garlic & gooey cheese!!
