Blackberry Pie I
AMAZING! FANTASTIC! I made a crumb topping instead of pastry and it was soooo good. My family gobbled it up and already want another one. This pie will be a family favorite for sure. Try it with a crumb top (butter, sugar, brown sugar, some spices) absolutely amazing. BTW this was my first blackberry pie- blackberries are my husband's favorite so this was a REAL winner!! Thanks

Three Cheese Garlic Scalloped Potatoes
I loved the recipe and my family thought it was great. My only change would be to decrease the cheese a bit or the butter. It ended up being very greasy from all the melted cheese. Tasted great, but not very good for the waist line! All in all excellent recipe. thanks!

Mrs. Sigg's Fresh Pumpkin Pie
My husband wanted pumpkin pie for Easter. Kinda out of season so I had to substitute for canned pumpkin (which I NEVER would do) Anyway, followed this recipe exactly but only used 5 ounces of evaporated milk as directed on pumpkin mixture and I pre-baked pie shell first which made a huge difference. Otherwise, followed the rest of the recipe and my husband (who is a pumpkin pie authority) said this is by far THE BEST pumpkin pie he's ever tasted. YEAH! Thanks again.
