Apricot Brandy Pound Cake III

I have had people offer to pay me to make them this cake; it's extremely moist and full of great flavors. It's become a favorite for us.

This is an easy, great tasting recipe that is almost foolproof; I doubled it in a counter top skillet to take to a potluck, and everyone loved it! The chicken was so tender, yet held together well for serving. Very very tasty.

Loved it! This recipe seems universally popular for potlucks, etc. I love it because it's so easy to make. It can be a little sweet, but you can always adjust the sugar as you need to.
