Slow Cooker Carnitas
To be honest, we did not care for the flavor of the meat when I used exactly what the ingrediants were. I added alot of my own ingrediants, cooked it on high for 7 hrs and then baked it for 20 min on 400. I served it like authentic carnitas with onions, cilantro, avocado, salsa and limes...it was great with that!!!

Peach Pie the Old Fashioned Two Crust Way
This was the first time I have ever made peach pie, so Im sure I can improve but it was wonderful!! I had to use frozen peaches, our store had no fresh ones! I dont know if that makes a difference or not but either way, it was delicious ;)
