I made these cookies for myself because I am the only person in our home that likes chocolate but somehow I only got a few! My hubby and his crew ate them in no time and asked when I was going to make more. I took the suggestion of adding vanilla and oil but the oil made them too wet. Next time I won't add the oil.

My family has been apprehensive about even trying brown rice but I made this for them and they loved it! It has become a fam fav. So much better than the typical white rice.

This recipe was delicious. As suggested, I too placed butter on top of mixture. The only change I made was dividing the recipe in half - a much better size for two!
