Garlic Red Potatoes

Really good! I didn't put the whole amount of butter in and I probably squeezed in more lemon. I thought the timing was perfect. Potatoes were tender and had wonderful flavor.

Cheesy Creamed Spinach

I made this for a dinner party and everyone ate it. Very nice flavor... I was afraid to use too much garlic but could have used more. Tasted great.

Orange Spiced Chicken

This tasted really good! I wasn't keen on the raisins when looking at the recipe, but really liked the taste and texture with each bite. The kids liked it too. Mine didn't get as dark as in the picture, but got darker the more I basted.
