Tropical Lime Cake
I found this cake to be way to heavy. If I made it again I'd reduce the oil to one quarter cup.

Split Pea and Sausage Soup
Great comfort food and easy on the budget. I soaked the peas covered in water overnight. Just left it on the counter and then rinsed them in the morning. Like others, I also used chicken stock and omitted the salt.

Egg Free Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies
i've made changes. half white and wholewheat flour. one half cup less flour. 1 tsp cin, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/4 tsp cloves, 1/4 tsp ginger. roll into balls, roll in sugar, flatten with folk.
