Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread
after 50 minutes of baking the bread looked nice with a golden top.. , used a toothpick on the side- clean, cut into the middle of it and it was still doughy. had to put it back in the oven... the cooked part did taste good.. next time will make 2 smaller loaves

Apple Cake III
Excellent recipe. made for work, alot of people asked for recipe. I agree with others it does need more than 1 can of pie filling, however if using 1 can i cut the apple slices in half so it distributed through the cake more.

Zucchini Pie
excellent for a veggie side dish at dinner. I used pancake mix(light and fluffy just add water kind) in lieu of the bisquick
