Baked Pork Chops I
TERRIFIC recipe! this is really the best pork chops i've had in a long time. I was delighted at how moist these turned out. I've always had a problem with my chops turning out dry, no matter what i do. I didn't have wine on hand so i omitted that, and I only had cream of mushroom with garlic. really, really delicious! Definitely a keeper!

Better Than Best Fried Chicken
made this exactly the way it's posted... not bad, but not great. i don't have plans to make it again... way too much going on.

Cherry Cheese Pie
SO good! even better if you make your own graham cracker crust, and let it refridgerate at least 8 hours. yum!!
