LOVE IT! I have been really burnt out on store bought granola bars for a long time, and I don't know if I'll ever go back. The flavor is so much better, and mine turned out the perfect chewiness. I added all sorts of things: almonds, flax seeds, pecans, chocolate chips, and some other things I can't even remember. Cut the brown sugar to about 1/3c, and used wheat flour instead of white. I also took them out of the oven before they were done and cut them with a buttered knife, then put them back until they were done and then cut them on the same lines again before they cooled. I froze them while they were still a tad warm so they would keep some of the moisture. Ate one today during a hike and I was so pleased.
