I am a disabled woman with a long term of bad diabeties..I am a certified professional chef that has years of experience in cooking a variety of foods ... HMM...that is a tough one to answer...since i love to cook all foods...but my favorite are pasta dishes and down home cooking... My favorite cooking traditions are with my mother ...She was the best teacher around ..we would cook the same thing for every holiday and if it was different that holiday wouldnt be the same...but i loved cooking cookies and goodies over the xmas holidays with my mom the most...I love you mom god bless your soul... There has been alot ..I was named young culinarian when i was younger and the best is the point that i made it thru school and enjoyed everywhere i worked and the experience i have had along the way ... tragedies ...lol....chocolate chip cookies...did something wrong one year and those cookies came out flatter than a sheet of paper...lol...and i have made alot of mistakes but some have turned out to be the best i ever cooked......
