Cheese Corn Spoon Bread
this was sooo yummy!!!!! the corn kernels gave a little crunch but didnt take away from the actual cornbread. i used cheddar cheese and put it in the mix as well as on top. yum!

Yummy Meatloaf
this was okay...but it didnt hold together well and didnt have very much flavor so i added alot more spices and sauce.

Fig and Lemon Chicken
I would have never thought to bake lemons and figs on chicken but it is a very nice combinations...sweet and sour. I also added fresh minced garlic. It was delicious.
