Im a happy go lucky mother and wife. I have three hungry girls and a very hungry husband. Everyday we have a new culinary experience in our kitchen.... doesn't mean its always a good thing.

I love to bake anything from pies and custards to chicken and ribs. Mexican food is my fortay.My husband loves chinese and my girls do too.

Mexican Hot Carrots
Good old fashioned "zanahorias curtidas". I like to add a pinch of oregano...makes a difference.

Pistachio Fluff Fruit Salad
