My cooking tragedies
One time forgot 2 cups of flour in a cookie recipe, the cookies never set, obviously, and just became liquid in the oven.

Lemon Raspberry Cake
This is SO delicious. I used almost an entire 18 oz jar of jam though (including some warmed up and drizzled on top of the frosting), so that was more than the recipe called for. I think more is better. I also couldn't get the lemon peel, so I added extra fresh lemon juice and the frosting was yummy. This recipe is great.

Balsamic Bruschetta
I thought this was terrific. I served it on a black olive filone baguette. I liked it put on untoasted bread, topped with a little extra parmesan, and toasted until the cheese is melted. This makes it extremely delicious.

Shrimp and Portobello Mushroom Fettuccine
I made this without the shrimp, as I'm vegetarian. It was so delicious! But the sauce was rather thick, so if you don't like that then you'd want to thin it out. But it was fine for me, I loved this!
