This is so quick and easy. I didn't have peppercorn gravy, so I used country gravy and add lots of cracked pepper. It tasted great.

I didn't have parsley and this was still great. I peirced both sides of the steaks several times with a fork to speed up the marinade. I did it on my foreman grill for 1 1/2 min. No need for A-1 or any other sauce. This has lots of flavor.

This was good, but I added a few things. I added minced garlic and thyme when I sauteed the peppers and mushrooms. After I added the chicken the mixture was still bland, so I added garlic salt and onion powder(my husband doesn't like onions so I use powder and he doesn't notice). I didn't have pimentos and it still turned out great.
