Cheeseburger Soup I
So good! I didn't brown the meat in butter and only used 2 T in the recipe. I doubled the hamburger. Used extra lean beef and reduced fat sour cream (1/2 c). Thank you for this recipe! Maybe tomorrow I will eat only one bowl instead of indulging in two like I did tonight...or maybe not :)

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
Finally something my picky 3 year old will eat! I love how easy it was to make!

Extra-Easy Spinach Lasagna
This was the only lasagna I've made that turned out great! And the easiest! My toddler had seconds and he hates everything. I added a little garlic salt, garlic powder, minced onion, and Italian seasoning to the cheese mixture and used whole wheat lasagna noodles. It was yummy!
