Johnny Appleseed Meatballs

Everyone (even the picky one) liked this. I also grated the apple and omitted the sugar in the gravy. I will make this again since it was a nice change from other ground beef dishes.

Potato Salad III

This was a really good recipe. Much easier than a recipe I have used in the past and Lots of compliments. My son liked it when bacon was crumbled over the top.

Very good and creamy. To save time I buy pre-cooked and peeled new potatoes in a can. It cuts down on the prep time and no one can tell the difference. I also omit the onion slices and use onion powder instead.

Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Bread

I make this all the time and everyone loves it. I add chopped dried cranberries and pecans. sometimes I use whole wheat flour also If I have it on hand. no one knows the difference.
