Strawberry Meringue Cups
These were delectable. I filled them with just frozen raspberries and topped with reddi whip. Yum!!!! Only thing is to make sure they cook long enough or they will be chewy in the thickest part.

Cornish Splits
Nice texture -- very heavy. But they were absolutely lacking in flavor. They would be a good base for "spicing up".

Pumpkin Spice Muffins
Not a very spiced muffin. Pretty blah. Wouldn't bother to make them again.
