Linda's Lasagna
This recipe was so simple to make and turned out perfectly. I made it with 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef just b/c I like my lasagna to be on the meatier side and also used 1 1/2 lbs of mozzarella b/c my husband loves cheesy lasagna. I didn't boil the lasagna noodles, I just soaked them in hot water for 20 minutes before layering and they came out perfectly after I baked everything. I'm happy to have found a recipe that has such simple ingredients and that comes out so deliciously!!! Definitely a keeper.
